Home Care Business Relationship Manager (Mandarin or Cantonese)

Location: Forest Hills, NY
The Business Development Manager for the Asian Community will be responsible for helping foster the development of new CDPAP clients, maintaining/improving CDPAP relationships with existing clients and is responsible for identifying and tracking CDPAP relationships in the Asian Community.

Responsibilities for the role of Home Care Business Relationship Manager:
  • Work independently to develop, grow and maintain both new and existing relationships with area case managers, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals and other local health care facilities in the Asian Community.
  • Market Allen Health Care Services by maintaining active membership in local networking groups and by attending community meetings and events.
  • Provide superior customer service to maintain and grow business relationships in the Asian Community .
  • Build and collaborate working relationships.
  • Promote industry leading healthcare services, programs and technology.

Requirements for the role of Home Care Business Relationship Manager:
  • High School Diploma and/or Associates Degree.
  • Mandarin or Cantonese speaking
  • Prior experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Effective organizational, verbal communication, interpersonal and calendar management skills.
  • Able to handle highly confidential information and close interaction with high level contacts of a sensitive nature and outside of the company.
  • Very good working knowledge of the computer including MS Office programs, database software and other office a plus.
  • Must be detail oriented and well organized.
  • Able to juggle multiple responsibilities and special projects.
  • Experience with HHA Exchange a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel throughout Queens and Brooklyn.
