Human Resources Supervisor

Location: Goldsboro, NC
We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources (HR) Supervisor for our Goldsboro Complex. The HR Supervisor will be responsible for all facets of HR during the 1st Shift of operation at the plant in Goldsboro.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Complex HR manager with providing leadership around employee engagement, coaching managers on people-related issues and aligning HR processes.
  • HRIS input and reporting monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc metrics for business.
  • Responsible for recruiting in-house positions.
  • Responsible for the administration of all benefit plans/programs.
  • Coordinate employee leave programs (FMLA, STD).
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and On-Boarding process.
  • Complete and return all unemployment documentation to the State
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Key Skills Required
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bi-lingual, English & Spanish preferred.
