Job Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager is responsible for keeping our restaurants exceptionally clean and well run. They assist the General Manager in the day to day operations as well as managing the crew. The Assistant Manager must have experience in business management and people motivation and also be an excellent communicator and a strong leader.

As the Assistant Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and some of your responsibilities may include:
  • Comply with food safety procedures
  • Work with the entire management team to meet sales goals
  • Manage food and labor costs
  • Execute company policies and procedures
  • Monitor food inventory levels
  • Reconcile cash and adhere to all cash handling policies
  • Manage and maintain safe working conditions
  • Manage and train crew members
  • Recruit and interview for crew positions
  • Maintain fast, accurate, and quality service to every customer

The Assistant Manager will help to support the company by creating and maintaining an excellent work environment by providing leadership, direction, and development to subordinate supervisors and team members alike.
