Mortgage Wholesale Account Executive (Florida)

Location: Orlando, FL
Individuals must have recent experience within the last year originating mortgage transactions on a wholesale or retail basis.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Establishing and developing wholesale relationships in the target market
  • Presenting Non-Agency loan programs to wholesale relationships to capture and increase TPO business
  • Training account base to originate target loan programs in an efficient and scalable manner
  • Responding to and reviewing new loan scenarios for eligibility in a timely manner
  • Working effectively in a team environment with strong attention to client service
  • Facilitating a loan pipeline to ensure timely closings
  • Originating loan production in target market in accordance with LMC sales objectives

Required Skills:
  • Experience with Non-Agency mortgage transactions and eligibility
  • Account qualifying, establishing and development
  • Ability to set sales goals and manage to them
  • Ability to deliver a presentation to clients in person and telephonically
  • Understanding of current market compliance issues (MDIA, RESPA, etc)
  • Technology savvy, with the ability to work in a paperless file management system
  • Knowledge of loan origination systems (experience with Encompass360 a plus)
  • High attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of Jumbo underwriting guidelines and application to transactions

  • Salary of up to $60,000 based on experience
  • Commission of up to 15bps on funded volume
  • Amount based on production levels and quality metrics
