Healthcare Product Design Program Director

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Product Design Program Director to join our team in Dallas. In this position, you’ll be responsible for the design of economically viable packaged services that are to be marketed to employers, brokers, and health plans. This position is critical to driving new product ideation, research, definition, approval, and prioritization to strengthen the overall product portfolio.
As a key communicator and advisor to leaders and operational staff, this role is needed to ensure the success of approved concepts through the new product process and on to commercialization.
In this position, you won’t have any direct reports, although it is a program director role. You will be leading ideation exercise, investigating market needs, defining unique value propositions, and creating business cases for high-potential new product concepts, so excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must.
