Financial Services – Inbound Sales
One of the largest financial services corporations in the world is looking for sales agents in their call center to learn clients’ needs and direct them to the right solutions by educating them about available financial products and services. Your focus will be on balance transfers or direct deposits, and card maintenance. You’ll also provide small business referrals (credit lines for small businesses). This is a great opportunity for a salesperson who wants to start a career, not just a job. You’ll receive thorough training and be eligible for career advancement after one year.
Start date for training is set for January 13, 2020 – goes through March 11, 2020, with a Monday through Friday schedule (8-5). After training, the current shift available is for Sunday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pay is $17.00/hour plus quarterly incentives. Average associates can double their base pay – no cap on incentives, no caps on talk time!
We’re looking for at least two years of sales - ideally in a call center/telephone sales environment, preferably in banking or financial services industry, but any relevant sales experience will be considered. Call center/banking/financial services is not required experience, but a plus. You’ll need to be able to articulate experience with cross selling, upselling or referring products, have an intermediate level of computer proficiency, be well organized in a fast paced / multitasking environment that demands accuracy, and be an exceptional communicator. You’ll need to be open regarding schedule, which could include weekends and holidays. New college grads or career changers with strong commission-based sales experience are encouraged to apply!
Relocation assistance is not available, you must either be there or already have plans to move there on your own. Compensation is competitive and benefits are exceptional, and there’s an uncapped quarterly sales incentive based on performance.
