Position Overview: 
The Manager Talent Acquisition responsible for leading and directing the day-to-day talent acquisition strategy and activity across all regions for GTS.  The role reports to the VP Talent Acquisition and will partner with other TA leaders and HR Business Partners to deliver a best in class experience for prospective and current employees. 

This role will also partner with leaders across the organization to identify talent strategies, leverage recruiting tools (Taleo) and implement processes to scale and deliver against hiring needs, ensuring these services meet the individual, unique needs of each business unit while remaining consistent with Intrado's corporate policies, procedures and philosophies. In this role, you will be the steward of the employment branding and diversity initiatives at Intrado, leveraging our thought leadership and talented employees to build relationships in the markets we serve.


Responsibilities: 
  • Place the highest priority on overseeing all day-to-day activities associated with the identification, selection and onboarding of talent 
  • Manage, coach and develop a team of recruiters and (as needed) staffing vendors
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process, utilizing metrics and data to derive insights and make decisions designed to deliver results
  • Establish effective hiring plans and assure the successful recruitment of quality employees within the time frames established to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Enhance and improve the recruitment policies and procedures
  • Properly interpret, communicate, and assure acceptance of policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required with focus on human resources, organizational development, business administration, or related field is required.  Equivalent work experience in similar position may be substituted
  • Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience is required to include the development of innovative recruitment strategies using a wide variety of tools 
  • Minimum of 2 years of lead or supervisory experience required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have had in-depth experience with various hiring vendors and tools
  • Familiarity with equal opportunity hiring processes and diversity inclusion is also necessary
