Senior Human Resource Information System (HRIS) System Analyst

Position Overview & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Senior Human Resource Information System (HRIS) System Analyst to perform technical and analytical functions for the Compensation department. Primary duty will be to support the implementation of our new ERP system by doing systems data analysis, creating tools to review and parse out data, and creating conversion files by merging complex data from multiple sources. This position will identify, design and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of compensation related data.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field and/or equivalent education/experience.
Five (5) years of experience.
Experience in reporting tools and techniques for HR, payroll and related data for large, complex organizations from multiple systems and sources..
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
PHR or SPHR certification
Demonstrated experience supporting and implementing complex HR and/or payroll systems (e.g. Lawson, Infor, Workday, Oracle, ADP, Kronos, Taleo, Success Factors).
Strong Excel skills, Access skills a plus!
